Extended Connectivity through Flexible Interface Design
Equipped with 8 10/100TX Fast Ethernet ports, 2 Gigabit SFP and 2 Gigabit RJ-45/ SFP combo ports the switches can be easily configured for a variety of gigabit cabling types, speed and distances based on specific automation applications. To ensure the high quality data transmission, the switches support wire speed forwarding capability and up to 9K Jumbo frame as a result allowing administrators to transmit gigabit traffic without any packet loss or collision.
Flexible Redundant Ring Network Constructions for Enhanced Performance
The JetNet 5012G supports MSR network redundancy technology with less than 5ms failure recovery time and ZERO ms restoration time for guaranteeing the reliability and highest quality of the data transmission. With its high-port density design featuring MultiRing technology, it fits the flexible bandwidth and distance network applications allowing forming 4 Fast Ethernet rings plus 2 Gigabit Fiber Rings or 1 gigabit fiber and 1 100M/Gigabit copper rings into a single switch and therefore enhancing your network bandwidth and expanding system through a variety of formed rings.

For efficient and easy network management, the JetNet 5012G is designed with advanced Layer 2 management & security features, including QoS, 256 VLANs, IGMP query and snooping, DHCP option 82, etc. It also supports IEEE 1588 Precision Time Protocol for providing precise time synchronization. Moreover, the device is equipped with LLDP and supports the optional Korenix patented JetView Pro Network Management System, allowing users to automatically visualize topology of up to 1024 devices in large scale industrial networks and hence provide efficient network maintenance.
