- Keep-alive check on attached IP cameras
- A failure of IP camera on Port 4 is detected
- Reset Port 4 and restart the IP Camera
- Send an event notification to watchman
This technology enhances system reliability while minimizing the maintenance time and cost.
MSR, Surveillance Network Reliability
In the traditional star network, any unexpected link failure results in the loss of all the video images transmitted on the path. With Korenix patented MSR (Multiple Super Ring), any link failure will be recovered in just 5ms. Hence, there is no critical point in this fast-recovery topology.

Flexible Powering
Korenix JetPoE series features the flexible powering ability to apply in various circumstances including standard PoE, non-standard PoE, for both wired and wireless surveillance.
Bus/Railcar PoE
Focusing on vehicle applications in which 24V input is always required, JetPoE series is designed with Korenix patented 24V vehicle PoE technology, which makes the deployment of standard IEEE 802.3af PoE IP cameras on bus, railcar, and water vessel, more feasible.
Nonstandard PoE and Proprietary Powering
Besides standard PoE, nonstandard PoE was commonly seen on some legacy IP cameras, safety alarms, RFID readers, and wireless APs. JetPoE switches features proprietary powering design— the force powering mode which powers nonstandard PoE products with safety control.

Power Scheduling
