Overview

JetBox 9535 is the total solution of IP surveillance & security from power providing and data connection of PoE IP cameras, network group management through complete layer3 routing protocols and full managed switch functions, wireless communication through a USB dongle, warning though DIO control, and its rugged industrial mechanical design. Hereafter, no more annoying power wiring, device set up and data connection problems will bother IP surveillance & security system integrators. One JetBox 9535 can substitute a lot of single-function devices in a front-end control box to save space, simplify system architecture, and reduce cost of installation and maintenance.

Key features of JetBox 9535:

  1. PoE (Power over Ethernet), Replace Traditional Device Power Wiring
    JetBox 9535 follows IEEE802.3af standard and works as a power sourcing equipment to provide 15.4W power per port, 8 ports per unit.
  2. Layer3 Routing, Effective Group Management of Network Devices
    JetBox 9535 inspects incoming packets and makes dynamic routing decisions based on the source and destination addresses inside to achieve a better network group management. With built-in networking processor JetBox 9535 can enhance the routing performance up to 80Mbps.
  3. OSPF (Open Shortest Path First) Protocols, Automatic Failover of WAN Connection
    The OSPF routing protocol is playing an increasingly important role in modern networks. It is a multi-vendor standard and allows automatic failover of WAN connection in case of a primary link failure.
  4. VPN (Virtual Private Network), Key Remote Control Solution
    Since computer networks are no longer closed systems and may consist of intranets, extranets, and Internet sites. The key remote access requirement of an enterprise organization can be provided using VPN to mitigate the risks of malicious intrusion and establish a mechanism of users’ identity.
  5. Linux computing, Webmin (Linux UI)
    JetBox 9535 is not only a layer3 router but also a wonderful Linux computer which can execute customized Linux programs. JetBox 9535 also provides a user-friendly web UI—Webmin for Linux beginners to manipulate the network or device related setting easily.
