Anti-Corrosion

Aluminum is an anti-oxidative material with stronger corrosion resistance than steel; aluminum oxide also prevents further oxidation. According to EN60068-2-52, JetRock has passed the long-term salt mist test for more than 28 days. The test result shows no saline particle covered on product surface as the solid proof of saline corrosion protection.

Anti-Explosion

By adopting the anti-aging O-ring, JetRock completely excludes inflammable gases to prevent any potential explosion. The aluminum casing with excellent electric conductivity resists accumulations of electrostatic charges which may cause explosive substances to ignite. JetRock series conforms to UL1604, ANSI/ISA 12.12.01-2007 and is ideal to be installed in hazardous locations such as petroleum refineries, and gasoline storage mining, and oil drilling.

Ideal Heat Dispersion lengthen Product Lifetime

JetRock series fulfills the antagonistic requirements between entire sealed casing and heat sustainability. Its ideal heat dispersion design prolongs MTBF of products even operating under high temperature environment. JetRock has passed stress test. It repeated 3 high-low temperature test cycles and stood more than 50 hours without any mistakes or packet loss. Therefore JetRock series are suitable for use in the harshest environments.

Rugged Connector Anti Vibration and Shock

JetRock is equipped with the Korenix-designed rugged RJ45 and M12 connectors which sustain the most demanding vibration and shock test defined in EN50155 and EN60945 for railway and boat applications.
By passing the 15-hour long-term vibration test and EN60068-2-6 Vibration 5G, EN60068-2-27 50G shock test, JetRock guarantees the stable operation under the vibrating environments.
